I did a sneaky Google search just now, into where we feature when you simply type in 'gyms Glossop'

Not only are we on the first page of Google (which is an achievement in itself), but we technically appear first! 🫪🥰

The first one you see is 'sponsored', (or paid for) and we're nowhere near big enough for that...

So to organically be the first gym on Google is nothing short of amazing for us 🥳

1. Adam completed his 2nd ever official 10K race today and smashed it 👏

2. He's taking this coming week off (7th-13th) as a reminder to his lovely clients. Enjoy your week off from your 1:1 sessions with Adam 😝

The gym remains open to members, as normal.

We are SO proud to announce we are FINALISTS at this year's Glossopdale Community Champions awards, having been finalists last year too.

For our new and relatively small gym, this feels huge 🥹

We have no idea who, or just how many people originally nominated us so we don't know who to thank. But thank you to anybody and all involved! We truly mean that 🩷

Roll on the awards night, where local, wonderful businesses, groups and people are celebrated in their own right 🥰 We can't wait!

A couple of days ago, a lady contacted us whilst she was on holiday in Glossop and wanted to train at our gym. She booked a day pass and loved the gym that much, not only did she leave us a Google review (super important to small bizzes like us 🥰), she took the time to write on our 'Positivity Wall', which meant the world x
