Day 4....week 2
My balance was off in tonight's session, a bit of a sinus issue in the background making me feel a little bit dizzy, but...still smashed it out.
Took my stretch board too, just to help in between circuits with stretching my calf, my Achilles tendon, and hip. This helped quite a lot, so I've left it at the gym for each session.
Thank you Matthew Hartle Newest at MH Fitness Glossop for another beasting. Loving this bootcamp.
