Rothes Juniors Football Club was founded in the mid Nineties at Fife Institute where they still train and play, then known as Rothes Juniors soccer sevens by parents who wanted their children to play football without the added pressure of having to win. To t
his day the ethos remains at the club in the under 12 constitution and changes towards the ability and attitude for the over 12 constitutions. All the coaches at the club are Disclosure Scotland checked and will have the chance to attend further S.F.A. coaching courses to improve their experience. The club has a structured management committee in place with the correct number of coaches per team all of which helped us to become the first Scottish Football Association Quality Accredited club in Fife, Tayside and Aberdeenshire. The club runs a soccer school on Friday evenings. The club also has soccer seven teams and eleven-aside development teams in the Fife Football Development Leagues moving forward into the competitive Fife under 16 leagues.
