Remember we have a workshop on Saturday. If you are hopeful on making the cut for the September Dan grading with Sensei Rimington. You need to attend and take part in the pre-grade assessments.

A good hard working class in absence of the boss tonight. Thanks to the guys who assisted with kyu grading syllabus whilst Cammy done me in doing his grading stuff and given a free hand, to basically beating up his Dad! 😂
