A year ago Sophie was signed off her work as a beauty manager from chronic healthissues related to ptsd.

After signing up for a years membership, she’s maintained her training through a mix of our classes and her own programme, with the help of our amazing coaches.

She’s now running own business as a makeup artist, Beauty Off Counter (Sophie Meade in Salon Nine, which has been a massive step towards a better work life balance!

She’s also signing up for her next full year! Here’s to another great year Sophie ⭐️

GARETH WILLIAMSON CLASS NIGHT AFICIONADO 🏹

“Starting the gym at first was difficult, as I struggled with my confidence getting the better of me, but the Balbirnie Staff helped me overcome my battle with confidence and now i’m loving everyday spent at the gym”

Thanks to the staff and my personal trainer Sam Lothian, I have beaten my asthma, and now I could do things I could’ve never imagined!”

Celebrating 50 YEARS OF GOLDEN moments with our members: ELAINE QUIGLEY, longtime and very regular member competed for the very first time last weekend. Elaine says
'Thank you for being the backbone to my training. Without Balbirnie my journey would have been less rewarding. I competed as a FIRST timer at The FitX Competition in Manchester this weekend in the over 45s Figure category where I was awarded 1ST PLACE! 🙌🙌...... I placed 3rd place in Masters over 35 which I am super proud of as I am aged 54. So it's never too late for anyone 💪😘' A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS ELAINE FROM THE BALBIRNIE TEAM .... brilliant 💪💪🏆🥇🩷
