Little reminder that the DUNFERMLINE class is off today as I am away!

Here is an interesting article to read, we all know how much I love a push up and this demonstrates why you should use all the variations and progressions given to push yourself further. Who doesn't love a STRONG body?!

IT’S HOLIDAY TIME!🎉

But don’t fear - I’m only away for a week! Enjoy your weeks break and I look forward to seeing you all back after then to get our hard work and sweat on again💪🏻

The biggest THANK YOU to the wonderful ladies and gents who have joined me so far in the classes across Glenrothes and Dunfermline. The hard work and determination from you guys has been unreal. I can’t wait to push you all further with some new routines when we get back😜

Throughout summer I will also be offering another class on a Tuesday evening in Glenrothes so keep your eyes peeled for further information on that! I know you guys don’t want to miss an extra opportunity to smash a workout...

But in the meantime HAVE AN AMAZING RESTFUL AND RELAXING WEEK💕

Fabulous work this morning at the taster class at Collydean Community Centre! You ladies stuck with me and pushed through an amazing workout👊🏻

We had a good chat about how the movements we find challenging currently will soon become simple to us as we progress further and become STRONGER and it could not be more true! Everyone has a starting point so come and join the class and push yourself to your limits and improve your body as well as your MIND to create a better YOU - not only physically but mentally too!
