🏡 A NEW COMMUNITY HUB FOR GLENROTHES

We’re creating a safe, warm and welcoming place where young people can come along, chill out and speak to someone whenever they need support.

A massive thank you to I-Scaff Access Solutions Ltd, who have kindly donated a 30-foot office container to help make this possible. We’ll be fully renovating it into a community hub with kitchen facilities and a comfortable space for young people.

The hub will also include a small Fit to Fight boxing store, supplying gloves, training equipment, fightwear and all your essential boxing gear.

We couldn’t do everything we do without the support of local businesses. Our main sponsor, M&S Elite Roofing and Cladding Ltd, continues to go above and beyond to support Inspire and help us change lives throughout the Glenrothes community. Thank you for believing in our club, our young people and our vision.

As we already work alongside all the high schools in Glenrothes, this will give local kids somewhere safe to go after school whenever they need extra support, guidance or simply someone to talk to.

We’ll share more information as the renovation progresses.

💪 Strength & Conditioning Coach Taylor will be in from 6PM, helping you build your fitness, strength and conditioning.

🥊 Bag work & pads available whether you want to improve your boxing, push your fitness or simply get a proper hard session in, get yourself along.

Boxers will be matched using colour bands based on ability and experience, helping us create safe, competitive and worthwhile sparring for everyone.

We would like to invite ALL clubs affiliated with Boxing Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 to join us for a Girls Only Sparring Day at Inspire.

After watching a masterclass in boxing last night from the inspiring champion Katie Taylor, it was another reminder of just how far women’s boxing has come.

Champions like Katie have helped clear the way now it’s our responsibility as coaches and clubs to make sure the next generation of girls gets the time, opportunities and experience they deserve.

This isn’t just about Inspire. This is about Scottish boxing. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Clubs working together, sharing rounds and giving young female boxers quality sparring is how we develop confidence, experience and, hopefully, the future champions of Scottish boxing.

We will have two rings running, with boxers matched as fairly as possible by age, weight and experience, making sure every club travelling to Inspire gets a worthwhile day of quality sparring.

Great Visit to Inspire Boxing & Fitness 🥊

It was a pleasure welcoming Richard Baker, our local Labour MP, and his team to Inspire today.

Richard contacted me to come along and see first-hand the work we’re doing within our local community, particularly through our school and youth programmes, which have already been a great success.

Inspire has always been about more than just boxing. We want to use sport to give young people structure, discipline, confidence, positive role models and somewhere they feel part of a team.

We had some really positive conversations about where we can take this next, and we’re looking forward to working with Richard and his team as we continue to develop our plans for Inspire and support even more young people and families across our community.

There’s a lot more to come. Inspire isn’t just a boxing gym we’re building something for the community. 🥊🧡

Thank you again to Richard and his team for taking the time to visit and listen to what we’re trying to achieve.
