My own leg development ⬆️⬆️⬆️

There are months of squats, hip thrusts, lunges and RDLs between these pictures and of course an increase in scale weight too ⚖️

If you work hard then I promise you WILL get results 🫡

But…… are you working as hard as you think you are?

Are you coming close to failure on your working sets?

Are you increasing the weight or reps every session?

Are you training with intent and making every rep count?

One thing that clearly hasn’t changed is my love for bright leggings 😂😂

Only 8 weeks in for Michelle and look at the difference in her shape already 😍

Body fat ⬇️
Measurements ⬇️
Scale weight down ⬇️
Confidence ⬆️ (through the roof)

Michelle was completely new to the gym 8 weeks ago and it’s fair to say she was terrified at first, but she now skips through the door with a massive smile on her face which is great to see 😁

Michelle has worked incredibly hard over the last 8 weeks developing a solid understanding of all areas of the gym, but in particular has really taken to the free weights area. Michelle takes on board all of the cues and feedback I give her which helps keeps her safe from injury and optimises the time she spends training 🤓

Michelle always had a great understanding of nutrition but sometimes struggled to use that theory in practice. Since working together, Michelle has improved her relationship with food significantly and now fully understands the importance of a balanced diet and how it impacts her training. Meal content and meal timings have also been adjusted to prevent energy crashes throughout the day and encourage her best possible performance in the gym 🍴

I could not be more proud of Michelle and the way she applies herself to everything I ask her to do. I can’t wait to see where this lady is in another 8 weeks so watch this space 💪

Andy has been training with me for just over 8 weeks now and I think these results speak for themselves 😅

He has dropped 4 inches around the waist while increasing the size, strength and definition of his arms, shoulders, abs and legs as his body fat continues to drop and his lean muscle mass continues to increase 💪

Andy trains with me once a week, trains on his own with a bespoke plan I created for him once a week, and is a keen footballer usually playing twice a week. He ticks all the boxes with his training and gives everything he has in his sessions, he works hard and these results are simply a testament to that.

Outside of the gym, we looked at increasing the amount of protein Andy was consuming to support his training and recovery, and also ensured he was fuelling up properly before his sessions (my clients will know meal timings are often just as important as meal content) 🍴

This being said, we haven’t restricted anything and Andy still knows he can go out for meals and have a beer if he wants. He understands the bigger picture with his nutrition and knows what he has to do to get the results he wants, which is a very healthy place to be, both physically and mentally 🧠

Well done again Andy, I’m so proud of you and the work you’ve put in so far 💪
