π‘ Building It Into Your Day
I sit at a desk for most of the day, so I've started fitting stretching into my break-time routine. Just 10 minutes of stretching while listening to a podcast.
It's a perfect example of habit stacking β something ive shared in my new ebook. pairing something you already do with a new healthy habit. Before you know it, it becomes part of your day rather than another thing on your to-do list.
