Congratulations to the mighty challengers that took on the bespoke challenge "Heaven and Helvellyn" - a five Peak challenge including the grade 1 Striding Edge.

📢📢Heaven and Helvellyn Challenge!!

Delighted to be supporting the Royal Air Forces Association, the charity that supports the RAF Family with this RAFA Adventure.

Helvellyn is a beautiful mountain, and the team isn’t taking an easy route!

Climbing 5 peaks in total including Striding Edge: a knife edge ridge that is exhilarating and exciting, with breath-taking views.

The route is 11 miles in total, that’s 18km with a total of 3700ft of climb.

With our expert and extensive local knowledge we will be on hand to assist.

Can't wait to get out there! 👊

Helvellyn via Striding Edge is one of the "must do" hikes in England. It is popular but not at all easy. Using an experienced Guide like Sean at Adventure Trails will help you on this moderate to difficult hike with the stings in the navigation and the more technical scrambling aspects.

Its is easy to see why this fabulous route is repeatedly voted England's favourite walk. Although you need a head for heights! Well done guys.
