But it may be higher than you think.

Stop saying you'll be happy at x weight..

As you change body composition youll be surprised at what the scale may do.

This body is 78kg.. Which is pretty heavy to me 😂 but I'm happy in it. Some may think it's bulky. But they don't live in my body I do.

Healing comes from you.. Being OK with finding the better version of you.
