🧽 Weekend shifts at the Boathouse (both Saturday and Sunday)
🛏️ Weekday changeovers at the Curve and Tree House.

We’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking and with great attention to detail to help keep our spaces looking their best for guests.

Experience is preferred but not essential for the right person.

🚜 We’re hiring: Livestock Lead – Caerlaverock Estate

We’re looking for a hands-on Livestock Lead to join Herries Farms and take a leading role in our livestock enterprise.

You'll assist our Head of Farming Operations with:

- Day-to-day husbandry and calving of a suckler herd
- Management of our small Belted Galloway herd
- General farm duties

This is a practical role with real responsibility—combining good stockmanship, commercial farming, and environmental management.

💰 Salary: Around £30,000 (depending on experience) + overtime
🏡 3-bedroom farm cottage included (council tax paid)

We’re looking for someone experienced, reliable, and confident with cattle—particularly calving. Telehandler and feed wagon experience is preferable.

This is a full time role and will require weekend working and additional hours to meet the seasonal demands of the farm.
