Thank you so much to my former client, Kat, who recently completed an intense 6 week programme to regain her fitness after a few busy and injury-disrupted years. She's also been kind enough to write me a thorough reveiw:

"James really helped me get back into the routine of exercise again after struggling to come back from injury. I was finding it difficult to get my fitness back between the stresses of a busy job and long hours, but the regular early morning sessions worked well, especially when I have a lot of work distractions that can get in the way. James found how to motivate me but also helped change my way of thinking, I started to notice improvements in my fitness pretty quickly over a short period!"

The skies were grey but the workrate was red hot 🔥 and the drizzle was much appreciated as we got in to the 2nd set.

I wanted to repost this video of a recent workout to remind myself that I am slowly improving in my handstand practice.

I completed this same workout yesterday morning and was really hurtful to myself when I didn't achieve the same level of performance. I don't want to feel like that today.

Life is a journey and every bump in the road takes you forward once you've overcome it ✌

From now until the weather and dark nights prevent us, I'll need at least 5 people to confirm availability on a Monday each week, before confirming that the session goes ahead.

This session costs £5 for an hour of hard work and this can be paid in cash or online - just ask for my details if you don't have them already 👍

Hi!

After my Facebook profile got hacked I lost access to my JCD Coaching page and can only update the story via Instagram (I've not tried posting via Instagram yet).

So as a temporary measure I've created this page to communicate with regular class attendees.
