So obviously enough this past few months everything fitness related has been done via online platforms like zoom , Microsoft teams, trainerize etc..

This really clicked and worked tremendously for myself and for my clients for various reasons like accessibility ( living far away), different work schedules, kids and also for the sheer handiness!!! 💻

The feedback and support I’ve got from my online programmes and online coaching has encouraged me to go fully online with my coaching and it’s something I am EXTREMELY excited about! 😁

I am excited by the idea of online coaching as it means I can devote myself fully to a group of clients and give each one them my whole hearted best ... I can bring things down levels and up levels as much as I need to depending on each clients needs! 🥳
