Perfect Curve Fitness and Dance I am a level 5 registered Dance Teacher, Pilates, Anti Gravity Yoga and level 3 instructor.

I am a level 5 registered Dance Teacher specialising in contemporary and street dance techniques. I founded Perfect Curve Fitness & Dance 11 years ago providing community dance classes for adults and children. I teach Pilates, Anti Gravity Yoga/Pilates and I am a level 3 fitness instructor (Personal Trainer). I have worked extensively as a freelance dance coach in schools, colleges, community grou

ps and with local charities to provide creative projects for young people promoting confidence and wellbeing. My business ethos is to be inclusive and holistic in my teaching, to recognise diversity in my students and to actively encourage independent learning.
