You may have heard about Merjin, the Plastic Soup Surfer, who is currently windsurfing from Oslo to London in support of the deposit return scheme. 🏄‍♂️ But why would anyone take on such a task? What's all the fuss around the DRS about? 🤔

Previously, the government has made a commitment to introduce the scheme in the UK by 2023. The time has come, so where is the promised DRS? Well, in typical fashion, it's been delayed until 2024 at the earliest, and it's likely that glass won't be included in the scheme...

We’re done with delays. ❌ We know that for every year of delay, 8 BILLION single-use containers end up seeping into the environment, polluting our beaches, rivers, and green spaces. These could easily be captured through an 'all-in' deposit return scheme.

Hi all!
We have for hire and are taking bookings.
Local delivery and collection in and around is available. The 10’ inflatable boards come in a purpose built rucksack including hand pump, adjustable oar and detachable fins.
Set up demonstration’s are offered and advised.
Fees are £35 for 24 hours with discounts for weekend or weekly rental.
