A Friendly Reminder About Personal Hygiene & Personal Space

As we work hard together and support one another in class, I’d like to take a moment to highlight the importance of personal space and personal hygiene in maintaining a positive and comfortable environment for everyone.

Please keep these friendly reminders in mind before attending class:

β€’ Shower Before Class – If possible, please shower before class to help keep our workout space fresh and pleasant for all.
β€’ Use Deodorant – Applying deodorant before class helps minimize odors and creates a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
β€’ Wear Clean Workout Clothes – Fresh workout gear helps maintain cleanliness and comfort throughout the class.
β€’ Stay Hydrated – Bring water as proper hydration supports your health and helps your body perform at its best during workouts.

β€’ Respect Personal Space – For the safety of yourself and others, please be mindful of those around you as this helps everyone feel comfortable, focused, and motivated.
β€’ Participation - Only participate in routines when you feel uou are able too. Listen to your body and take breaks when needed.

✨️There will be no Recovery Rhythms dance class tomorrow as I am away on holiday✨️

However, the lovely Adele from Rise Up Glasgow will be running a FREE line dancing class.

1-2pm at the GESH

Reminder that this Sunday at EERS recovery cafe we have a fun family friendly easter event with lots of activities.

Β£10 per ticket (includes 1 free raffle ticket) and all kids go free with paying adult and everyone will get an easter egg, includes food too.

There is facepainting and glitter tattoos as well as stalls, massages, and facials and Adele will be covering my line dancing too.
