It’s our last week of junior classes before the school summer holiday. That can mean only one thing…it’s games night!!! 🎉

We’re on 7-8pm on Tuesday in Milngavie Town Hall and on Thursday in Douglas Academy. See you there!

Adult training will be on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week too.

As part of Milngavie week, we’re holding an open night in Milngavie Town Hall from 7pm - 9:30pm on Tuesday 9 June.

Come along and see us in action. If you've ever wanted to give martial arts a try but you're not sure what to expect, this is a great chance to get a taste of what we do.

We're a not-for-profit, inclusive, accessible and community focussed martial arts club, and this year we're celebrating our 40th birthday. Our motto is self-defence skills for all, come and join us! 👊

We held an adult kyu grading on Wednesday night and we’re delighted to announce six new grades.

In their first grading Arran, Felix, and Carter all earned their red belts whilst Tony achieved his yellow belt. Two more experienced members also graded, with Louise moving up to blue belt and Daniel earning his brown belt.

Well done everyone on your well deserved new belts. And for the first timers, welcome to your first traditional BMAC celebration photo!

It’s our first junior grading tonight at Douglas Academy. The gym hall can get very hot so please bring extra water and a t-shirt to train in, just in case it’s too warm for karate suits.

With the Easter school holidays, our junior classes are off for the next two weeks. We still have our adult classes on Tuesday 7 and 14 April, at Milngavie Townhall.

Enjoy the break, don’t eat too many Easter eggs and we’ll see you all when our regular schedule resumes on Tuesday 21 April. 🐣
