Busy Girl Boot Camp originated down Uddingston playing fields where a group of local mums and busy girls got together for a great work out and made the most of the fantastic weather. Now the dark n

ights are fast approaching it's time to take it indoors. So Monday nights at 8.15pm, Busy Girl Boot Camp will be happening at Uddingston Community Centre. Spread the word and and come along to see what all the fuss is about!
