We’ve got four squad training sessions coming up at Easterhouse Sports Centre, open to all 10+ and Green Belt & above.

Happy Birthday to our very own Master Steven Mclaren ! 🎊

Another year older, another year of somehow surviving on a carefully balanced diet of coffee, medication, and what appears to be a complete disregard for self-preservation.

Thank you for all the coaching, guidance, wisdom, motivation, and occasional ruthless reminders that our suffering is apparently "good for us."

We appreciate everything you do for the squad, even if your preferred method of showing you care involves extra press-ups, impossible drills, and hearing the words "one more time" far more often than any human should.

Wishing you a fantastic birthday, plenty of caffeine, minimal paperwork, and at least one day where nobody asks you a Taekwon-do question (forcing you to message Mr Rafferty for the answer 😎).

Squad 🫡👊🏻

On 11th April, an important date for Taekwon-do, we’ll be holding our final squad session before the Euros.

Same time and location:
🕛 12:00 – 15:00
📍 Easterhouse Sports Centre

A lot of work has gone in to get to this point, and this session is about bringing everything together before the big event.

After the championships and a short break, we’ll be back training, continuing to prepare for upcoming competitions and progressing as a team.

Dear EITF members,

It is a privilege to invite you to the 2026 European Taekwon-Do Championships for Adults, Juniors, Veterans and Children, in Heraklion, the largest city and the administrative capital of the island of Crete.

The championships will take place from 19th to 25th of April 2026, in “Heraklion Indoor Sports Arena, Dyo Aorakia”.

As Crete is one of the most famous and the greatest tourist destination in Greece and Cretans are well known for their hospitality, we are confident that we will offer you more than the usual European Championship
accommodation standards.

We are looking forward to welcoming you all to Heraklion.
