🔥 WEEK 15 – FINAL LEAGUE GAME vs SYNGENTA COLTS 🔥
And just like that, the final league game before the summer break is complete! Not only was this the boys’ last game of the season, but it was also their final league fixture in the West Lothian Advanced League.
This week brought a unique challenge. Coaches and parents took a step back and stayed silent on the sidelines, leaving the boys to lead themselves on the pitch. And what a job they did! 👏
The communication, encouragement, teamwork, and determination were there for all to see. The boys backed each other, worked hard for one another, and showed exactly how much they have grown as a team. No instructions from the sidelines—just the boys trusting themselves, making decisions, and rising to the occasion.
⚽ And once again, they delivered a fantastic performance.
But this isn’t just about one game.
Let’s talk about the journey.
Since March, these boys have faced some of the toughest competition around. Week after week they have tested themselves against high-level opposition, challenged themselves, learned, developed, and never stopped improving. The difference between the team that started this league campaign and the team that finished it is unbelievable.
Every training session.
Every match.
Every challenge.
They have embraced it all and come out stronger.
💪 The confidence has grown.
💪 The teamwork has grown.
💪 The quality has grown.
💪 The belief has grown.
Most importantly, they have done it together.
A massive thank you goes to our incredible coaches, first aiders, and parents. The support these boys receive is second to none, and it plays a huge part in helping them become the players and teammates they are today.
To the boys: hold your heads high. You have represented yourselves, your team, and your club brilliantly throughout the season. The hard work, commitment, and attitude you’ve shown have made everyone proud.
This may be the end of the league campaign…
But we’re nowhere near finished. 😏
After a short break, it’s back to work, back to training, and back to chasing more success.
