There’s something lovely that happens when you start going somewhere regularly with your baby.
At first, everything is new.
New room.
New faces.
New noises.
New routine.
You might spend the whole class wondering if they’re going to cry, feed, poo, sleep… or all four at once. 😂
But then, slowly, they start to recognise it.
They know the room.
They recognise familiar faces.
They start to settle a little quicker.
You start to know where everything is.
And somewhere along the way, you become familiar too.
You walk in and someone knows your name.
You have someone to chat to while your baby is rolling around on the floor.
You start recognising the other mums.
You stop feeling like you’re the only one who had a rough night.
That’s the bit we really love about Nest.
Yes, your baby gets to move, play, explore and experience new things.
But you get somewhere to belong while you’re figuring out this whole motherhood thing too.
A place where you don’t need to apologise for the crying.
Where feeding is normal.
Where nobody cares if your baby spends half the class staring at the ceiling.
Where you can come exactly as you are.
Because sometimes what Mum needs isn’t another thing to do.
She just needs somewhere that feels a little bit like hers.
And maybe somewhere her baby already knows too.
