Karate is not just an after-school activity.
It should be an education.

Unfortunately, many children’s classes today are run more like a crèche than a dojo — lots of games, lots of noise, lots of running about… but very little actual martial arts. The children go home sweaty and tired, but that's about it. Where's the learning?

Children enjoy training — but enjoyment should come from the achievement, the progress, and learning to do something difficult… not simply being entertained.

Karate was never meant to be a babysitting service. You are not just paying for an hour to fill time. You are investing in your child’s character.
