Yesterday we had our 2 groups out on some epic adventures ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Group 1: A loop from Kilbowie roundabout taking in the sights of Dunoon, Rest and be thankfull and green kettle climb ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
95 miles with 4000 ft of climbing ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

5 of our members on the leaderboards for specific climbs and descents on the route ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ

With one of our female members taking Queen of the mountain ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ†

Group 2: 5 ferries loop taking in Wemyss bay, Isle of Bute and Dunoon ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Racing the Waverley up the East Kyle to Rhubodach was an exciting time ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

A huge well done to one of our youngest members Leah on finishing the ulimate test of endurance an IRONMAN!! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Also it was in Spain in a massive heatwave!! ๐Ÿ”ฅ Talk about impressive ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ

Leah dug deep since the start of the year with training and it paid off with a time of 13 hours 6 mins โฑ๏ธ
