Special shout out to the boys for getting me through today. for the past 10 weeks of training to get me ready for today’s run. Also for pacing me through today’s run and barely even breaking a sweat lol. Couldn’t have done it without you boys ❤️

Absolutely buzzing to have my very own gym, I’m looking forward to bringing you Glasgow’s Newest Boxing Experience.

I’m forever grateful for all the support I’ve received over the years in my boxing career and personal training journey, so I’m delighted to bring to you my own vision with the sport that helped me so much in my life.

Great to be back into training again with a few big events lined up over the next few months. Looking forward to having the structure and the discipline back into my own training after a tricky time over the festive period. Great way to clear the head❤️

I’m looking forward to welcoming all my clients back into the gym and setting some new targets building on from 2022, it was my best year as a personal trainer and I’m looking forward to 2023 to grow and build on this success with everyone 🙌🙏
