We’ll never say that CrossFit is easy

It builds people who fight through the tough times - and it transfers to outside the gym too

It truly shows you what you’re made of and that your mindset is the biggest thing you can control 🤜🤛

The man, the myth, the legend ⚡️

He’s only gone and done it! Our boss man is now a certified level 4 CrossFit coach - under 200 people in the world are ⭐️

From day one, he’s set a high standard of coaching and because of that, we have the amazing coaches and the inclusive ethos that we have today at CrossFit MTN

He knows his craft inside and out, he has a very tuned eye for seeing errors and correcting them but above all, he genuinely cares about the people he coaches. He’s all about GPP ‘general physical preparedness’ meaning yes he can get you super duper fit for comps or turn you into a gymnastics ninja… but more than that, he cares that you’re ready for anything life throws at you. He wants you to move well, feel included, leave happier and better those health markers to make sure you can still do the things you love when you’re 93 years old

So it’s no surprise that he passed his L4 with flying colours - caring is something you can’t teach 🤜🤛
