As we continue our gym transformation project, our functional training area will be closed until Friday 15th May. During this time, gym access will be limited to our new cardio area with added resistance equipment.

We encourage members, where possible, to visit the club during quieter periods throughout this closure. Please refer to the member usage information to help identify lower‑usage times.

Our pool, sauna, steam room, and most of our classes will continue to operate as normal. Members are also welcome to use our Minerva Way or Milngavie clubs during this period.

We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the facilities at Nuffield Health Giffnock, and we will continue to keep you updated on our progress.

To give you the guidance that truly fits your goals, we offer four personalised support options.

Each one is designed to meet you exactly where you are, so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and the right level of support every step of the way.

✅ Kickstart- an introductory 45 min session, helping you set clear goals and create a personalised plan that works for you.

❤️Personal Best- A health check with key measurements and a tailored action plan.

🧘Movement assessment- using three simple movements to understand how your body moves, spotting strengths, opportunities and tailored advice to help you move well.

💪PT Taster- A free PT session to give you an insight into the benefits of a personalised Personal training programme.

💚 Phase 1 of of your Gym transformation starts on Monday 20th April and this will mean temporary disruption to our current weights room and our functional zone whilst we carry out the extraction and installation of our equipment.
This means that some of our circuits classes will be affected. Where possible we have relocated some early morning classes that you can still enjoy.

Monday 6:45am Studio 1- Bootcamp
Wednesday 6:45 am Studio 1- Bodyweight Bootcamp
Thursday 12:00pm Studio 2- HIIT

Big giant massive thank you to our members that donated Easter eggs for our friends at Carnwadric WIN Project 🐰 there ended up being about 7 or 8 big bags collected and we’ve still got some extra that will get donated to a food bank that our EK Nuffield team support 🥰 thank you for always supporting these things, hope everyone had a lovely weekend!!
