The Barra's Bike Hub The Barras Bike Hub and Bicycle Recycling centre We want to promote all aspects of cycling and recycling ideas.

The Bike Hub has been set up by local bicycle couriers it is a non profit organisation and part of The Scottish Cycle Messengers Association which is a courier charity. Our aim is to create a community hub where people can come down and learn about bikes,mechanics and cycling safely with hands on experience. The Hub is run by qualified weldtech mechanics who specialise in reconditioning all types of bikes. We refurbish unwanted or damaged bike donations and give them a new lease of life , we sell 2nd hand parts and reconditioned bicycles. We use the money from the bike sales to fund the workshop, replace tools and replace badly worn parts. We aim to provide free bike maintenance classes to the local community and anyone interested in learning how to fix and maintain their bicycle. If you are interested in signing up for some classes we will be posting dated sign up sheets soon. We are open for repairs,sales, servicing and on the spot repairs every day except Tuesdays.
