Some feedback from one of my lovely clients, who requested a 1.5 hour, chill, stretch and breath work session.
We made some Aromatherapy sprays to add a calming scent to the space, steeped feet in magnesium salts, applied a face pillow, listened to wind chime sounds, practiced some new pranayama techniques, followed a guided meditation, then quiet 🤫 time.
Just kept it simple and cosy, so the clients could just float away and just be 🙏
