Experience an innovative approach to gyms at our Glasgow Central Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. Our dedicated team of clinically trained Nuffield Health experts are on hand to support you, ensuring you reach your fitness goals. When you join our Glasgow Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, you'll experience the unique Nuffield Health 3-step gym plan. Your journey with us starts with our clinically approved Health MOT from which you'll obtain a 'health score'. You'll then carry out a personalised gym programme for 3 months before having your second Health MOT. If you have not maintained or improved your score in your second MOT you're free to leave with no obligation. Why is Nuffield Health's Glasgow gym different? We're so passionate about your health that we’ll give you rewards worth at least £100, to redeem in gym, for improving your fitness. With us you also have in gym access to a range of specialists; health mentors, wellbeing advisors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, personal trainers, and physiologists. We even host free monthly 'Meet our experts' events, where you can ask questions and learn to better understand your fitness and physical health. Special Announcement 📣

As Glasgow gets closer to welcoming all the teams competing in this years commonwealth games 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We are proud to be welcoming a number of the nations athletes to our brand new world class facility!

As part of this we have an agreement to host Team England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 throughout the games!

During this time members will be unable to access the Mind & Body Studio and Cafe.

Our Cafe will still be open though! We will have additional seating out at reception with the team taking orders from this area.

The vast majority of our Mind & Body and Spin classes will remain on in this time with these being relocated to the Spin Studio. Members will still have access to the Spin Studio via the Cafe during class times, with the location being updated on your app soon!

Prior to the change of location on the app please be aware that between the 17th of July to the 6th of August all Mind & Body classes are in the Spin Studio!

Phase 2 - when the vision keeps on giving 😍

It has been great to see so many of our members and guests enjoy the new Cardio & Recovery Area since re-opening on Saturday!

We are still awaiting a few bits of Kit & Final Touches -

Please bear with us whilst we make your new Gym even better

🚧 Hrdrostation - Water Fountains - Due to be finalised and should be fully operational in the coming week. Some are already there for you to enjoy today!

🚧 Recovery Zone - More exciting recovery kit is due to arrive over the coming days. Please keep an eye out for exclusive videos on how to enjoy.

Thank you all for your patience during both Phase 1 & 2- we hope you enjoy your new gym as much as we do!
