⚫⚪ We are very excited to welcome Darcy to Newcastle City Juniors ahead of the 2026/27 season ⚫⚪

Darcy comes in to the group already knowing many of her new teammates from her time on Newcastle's ETC last season, making for it an easy transition in to the City black and white. A player with great attributes and an eagerness to learn, we're looking forward to watching Darcy continue to grow as she signs for Newcastle City Juniors on both Saturdays and Sundays 💪

Aubrey joins us already knowing many of the girls from playing with and against them. Having experience on Newcastle’s ETC last season with some of our other incoming signings. We’re looking forward to welcoming Aubrey in on both Saturdays and Sundays and can’t wait for her to get started 💪🏼

Immy makes the move to Newcastle City Juniors on both Saturdays and Sundays this season. After recently impressing in our open sessions, it was a very easy decision to offer Immy a place in the group. A player with bags of potential, we’re extremely excited by what Immy will bring to the team on both days 💪🏼

Another member of our double winning squad last season, picking up top spot on both Saturday and Sunday. Our lefty legend continues in black and white after an excellent first season. A constant threat going forward, with a great eye for goal, contributing with many great strikes ⚽️

A signing announcement on her birthday! Happy birthday, Beau 🎉

Since joining NCJ as an U8, Beau has been a fantastic talent in the group. Winning back to back Saturday league titles, including the year above last season, as well as the boys/mixed league last season on a Sunday. Beau picked up the top goalscorer award for the Saturday team, as well as the Leagues Outstanding Player 💪🏼

Captain: Elsie 🖤🤍
Elsie remains Captain for this coming season, after taking on the responsibility last season and doing an incredible job. A natural leader, who wears the armband with pride and an understanding of the importance of setting the standards in the group. When Elsie talks, everyone listens. A true role model not just within our team, but across the club ✨

Vice Captain: Ayla 🖤🤍
Ayla continues in the leadership group as Vice Captain. Voted by her teammates last season as the Players Player of the Season, showing how appreciated Ayla is by her peers and the important role that Ayla has played for us to date. Ayla has deputised for Elsie several times and always steps up with maturity and a hunger to drive the team on 💪

Vice Captain: Jessie 🖤🤍
Jessie steps in to role of Vice Captain for the team and this was an easy decision to make. Jessie led our Saturday team as Captain last season, playing a year up and leading the group with maturity and an undeniable determination. Jessie never stops communicating with her teammates on the pitch and will play a vital role for us this season again 💥
