Turtle Tots Glasgow (Central, South & East) Baby & Toddler swimming classes in Glasgow (Central, South & East) Our amazing teachers will help you to demonstrate key life-saving water and swimming skills.

Turtle tots classes provide a really special bonding experience for mums (or dads!) with their babies, and are also fun and sociable. We use songs and nursery rhymes to help create a relaxed atmosphere in which your baby can naturally develop a love of water and swimming. Turtle Tots baby classes form a progressive programme, so we teach something new every week and build on learnt skills every cl

ass. Recent research has proven that babies know, experience and learn far more than scientists ever thought possible - in fact, we’d go as far as to say that your baby’s brain is the most powerful learning computer on the planet! Your Turtle Tots teachers are fantastic at understanding how your babies communicate in the pre-verbal period. Your baby is an instinctive learner, and will learn best by observation and imitation – put simply watching other humans and trying to copy them! It is then only a matter of time until they begin to imitate you! Our progressive programme is underpinned by the latest research into babies’ brain development, child psychology and neuroscience. At Turtle Tots, we teach you to teach your baby to swim, at a pace that is right for them, in a gentle progressive way. Above all else our classes are a wonderful bonding experience leading to a lifelong love of the water. All of our teachers are fully qualified with the STA and by the end of 2017 the full team will have gained their Diploma in Aquatic Teaching for Baby & PreSchool which is the new level of STA qualification.

We’ve recently launched some classes online for our autumn term which is due to start in August - at the time of writing, there are classes available at the Marriott Hotel, the Village Hotel and Ashton Secondary School 🐢💦.

🐢You don't need to currently be a swimming teacher,
but must have the passion and commitment to
complete the training. It's a job where you never stop
