Glasgow University Football Club is one of the most competitive and successful sports clubs at the University. Within the club there are 4 different squads; Under 21s, 3rd team, 2nd team and the 1st team, who all compete to a high level in Saturday football. In addition to this, the club puts forward 3 squads to compete in the British Universities and Colleges Sport leagues, where they play against other universities around Scotland and the rest of the UK.

Joining the university? Returning student looking for a new challenge? Look no further! Our annual trials are back, giving players the chance to come along and join the performance side of GUFC.

We’re looking for keen players of all levels to come along, make their mark, and earn a place in one of our five teams.

⏰ 4:00–5:30pm

🔙 NON-FRESHER TRIALS
⏰ 5:30–7:00pm

Expect competitive football, great mates, plenty of socials, and a season you won’t want to miss⚽️

Not looking for competitive football? Fear not! We also offer recreational football for players of all abilities. More information on this will be posted in the coming days.
