Glasgow East Taekwon-do & Kickboxing

With the Easter holidays coming to an end Glasgow East Martial Arts had a 3 day camp , Along as brushing up
On their Tae Kwon -Do skills the students learned new skills, hula hooping , playing balls against the wall, space hoppers, making Easter bonnets and playing with putty and lots more.

Fab time was had by all 🐣🥋

lil Cadets ! Secialised class ! Offering life skills!
Stranger Danger, bullying , team work , 999, ie fire danger, CPR, etc ! Also TKD basic skills preparing for our junior classes !

Junior classes in Tae Kwon -Do and kickboxing ! All aspects , patterns , sparring , drills ,Competitions etc 7yrs upwards !

Adults 13yrs plus.. all ages all fitnesses! We all have to start somewhere!

ASN … Classes and syllabus are adopted to help students with disabilities physically or mentally! We are an all inclusive club!
