Here’s something a bit different, sent to me by Glen (who says hello to all class folks). Breathing through the nose is one of ‘Yang’s important points’, the basics on Tai Chi. These points seem to me to have both martial and health aspects, and this podcast is interesting on the health side. Worth the 10mins or so to listen.

Why using your nose could benefit your gums, your lungs and even impact your memory.
