🔴⚫️🔴Last game of the season tonight, bringing to an end what has been a long campaign for the boys.
We started brightly & after just 7 minutes, a superb ball from Jack released Sam down the wing. His cross found Olly, who was on hand to tap home & give us the lead.
We struggled to build on that start, becoming nervous at the back & allowing 3rd Lanark to take control. They scored twice before half-time & deservedly went into the break ahead.
After regrouping at the interval, we came out with real intent. Conor rattled the crossbar, & not long after Olly did the same as we pushed for an equaliser.
With 25 minutes remaining, Olly grabbed his second of the night with a composed finish to bring us level. Shortly afterwards, another excellent break from Jack saw him play a perfectly weighted ball between the defence & goalkeeper, allowing Sam to sneak in, round the keeper & put us 3-2 in front.
Five minutes later, Conor's pass sent Olly through on goal & he made no mistake, completing his hat-trick.
Last minute & Olly was clean through, keeper took him out seeing red in the process.
In his last game for us in what has been an outstanding season, Tommy stepped up to slot home & go out on a high. The celebrations 🥰🔥
