I suggest to clients they have 3 breakfasts that they can easily put together and work with that 3️⃣
Keeping it predictable isn’t boring, it’s removing the thought process so un-cluttering your (already scrambled) brain! 🤯
My 3 breakfast favourites are …
📍Oats, chia seeds, protein powder, raspberries and chocolate
📍Greek yogurt with granola & berries
📍Bacon or sausage bagel with scrambled eggs
