🥣🍳 WHAT MY CLIENTS EAT FOR BREAKFAST 🥞🧇

Breakfast is the one meal that women feel difficult to change 🫠

It’s because you’re overthinking it … keep it simple ⭐️

There are so many benefits to eating breakfast 🚺

I suggest to clients they have 3 breakfasts that they can easily put together and work with that 3️⃣

Keeping it predictable isn’t boring, it’s removing the thought process so un-cluttering your (already scrambled) brain! 🤯

My 3 breakfast favourites are …

📍Oats, chia seeds, protein powder, raspberries and chocolate
📍Greek yogurt with granola & berries
📍Bacon or sausage bagel with scrambled eggs

You need a plan that relates to where you NOW rather than what you think you should be doing ✍🏼

Keep it simple & predictable 🤩

Some might say boring but if it gets the results you want, bring on the boredom! 🙌🏼

❓ Menopause only happens after age 45 ❓

🙅🏼‍♀️ FALSE 🙅🏼‍♀️

Yes, we can often feel the most effects in our 40s but this hasn’t happened night 🌚

It’s been a lot of little changes accumulating over a few years ➕

Our bodies require a different approach from about our mid-30s because it’s changing ↔️

Your alcohol intake around this time hits a bit different 🥂

And it could be making your symptoms worse 😵

As you age, your tolerance of alcohol changes because your body is changing 🔄

Increasing awareness of how you respond and implementing strategies to improve this will help your hormones without a doubt 💃🏼

🪫 LADIES, ARE YOU NEEDING MORE ENERGY? 🪫

Pretty much EVERY woman that comes to me wants more energy 🔋

Whether they feel physically tired, mentally exhausted or emotionally drained 😰

If you think firstly about where you use up a lot of your energy you can think about how to give it back ♻️

If you support the processes in your body that use up energy, you’ll then feel a difference 📈

What often happens is we don’t consider the natural rhythm of our bodies and we get the balance of re-energising wrong 😑

For example, restricting food and doing excessive exercise 🙅🏼‍♀️

That will drain you more so think about nourishing your body, giving it regular, sustainable energy and workingout at a realistic, moderate rate and your body will reap the benefits 🏆

Supporting your BMR, increasing your NEAT and focusing on TEF can make a massive difference to your energetic levels ⚡️

I’d love to know if this makes sense to you and if it’s a different way to look at your energy 🙋🏼‍♀️

That’s your all-or-nothing thinking telling you that 🙅🏼‍♀️

Everytime you tick off a habit it’s building the foundations 🧱

That doesn’t change this month 🎄

You’re making it easier for yourself when you keep it up this month 😅

Because you’re not starting from scratch in January 🥰

🚺 DO I HAVE PERI-MENOPAUSE SYMPTOMS? 🚺

I was asked this question by 3 separate people recently 👐🏼

How do I know this? 🧐

Peri-menopause isn’t diagnosed by blood tests, it’s symptom-based 🩺

These symptoms can be many things but I’ve noticed an increase in them over the last 2-3 years 📈

I’ve also noticed they worsen when I do (or don’t do) certain things so I’ve put it down to peri-menopause 🚺

So, for me, I have an element of control over them 🎮

Did this come natural? 🧚‍♀️

No, I had to try many things over the last couple of years and be consistent with them to see if they made a difference 🛤️

Having more control won’t happen overnight, it happens when you stick to something ✅

For me, it’s been about 2 years to figure this out! So not quick🤙🏼

Understanding what going on helps to then implement change 🤓
