1) As always West Campbell Street is hectic, but we’re still open as usual 🙋🏼‍♂️

2) Our brand new class Podium launched this week ahead of the Podium Series 1 competition in early August

3) Our Commit to 30 Challenge participants finished Week 4 and have been nailing their training consistency 👌🏻

4) Our Head Coach Stuart Lane demonstrating his varied job role 🧼

5) The studio looking sparkling ready for members to come in and sweat all over the place 🥵

Bringing back Member of the Month with a bang!

Sondos joined at the start of May and attended the most sessions across all our members last month 👏🏻

She’s also a part of our current Commit to 30 Challenge, where she recently hit the highest combined amount of steps last week in our team based mini-challenge 🤌🏻

Sondos has showed what it means to jump in and really commit, and we’re buzzing to have her as part of the community 🙌🏻
