Back to Hockey starts this Friday at Old Anniesland 🏑

🏑 BACK TO HOCKEY IS HERE 🏑

Looking to get back into hockey, try something new, or just fancy a fun Friday night run around? Come join GHK Ladies for our Back to Hockey sessions!

📍 Old Anniesland (High School of Glasgow pitches)
📅 Every Friday from 19th June – 24th July
⏰ 6:30pm – 8:00pm

These sessions are aimed at anyone aged 21+ and are all about having fun, getting moving, and enjoying hockey in a relaxed environment - whether you’re completely new to the sport or dusting off the stick after years away!

There is no commitment to attend every week. All sessions will be game-based, with sticks provided. We would recommend bringing: shinguards, a gum shield and trainers with good grip!

💷 £5 per session - cash & card payments accepted

We’re delighted to announce Steven Hughes as our new 1st XI Coach.

With experience as Director of Sport at Fernhill School, former player/coach at Uddingston Men’s 2nd XI, and involvement in the Scotland Masters programme, Steven brings outstanding knowledge and leadership to the role.

We’re excited to welcome Steven to the club and look forward to the season ahead 💙💚

Alongside our much-loved returning camps, we’ve launched brand new experiences across all three areas - meaning more choice, more discovery, and more ways for every child to find their thing this summer.

And this July, for the first time, we’re also offering wrap-around care, giving busy families that extra bit of flexibility with early drop-off and later pick-up options.

We’ll also be celebrating excellence across every squad, with Player of the Year and Captain’s Award for each team on the night 👏

This weekend marks the final league games for our 1st, 2nd and 3rd XI 🏑 Both the 1st and 2nd XI face Edinburgh University, while the 3rd XI take on Dunfermline at home in an early passback - good luck to all teams 💙💚
