Happy Anniversary Mr B 36 years and we are still here 😆…..in the last year we have sold our house, stayed with family for 4 months, organised visas, paperwork coming out our ears said cheery to family and we are now living in Spain and all that will bring 😎….plus we are still managing to live 24/7 😳🤪😂😂…..I’m definitely keeping you on for a bit longer 😂❤️.see how things pan out 😂😊

Started the day off at Los Nietos which was very quiet apart from a group of Spanish women having a wee blether whilst sitting in the sea 😂😂…..why not…..moving on from there to my new fav place Santiago de la Ribera for lunch…..where it was mobbed with a motorbike rally…..apologies now for the bike spam…..however they were something to see all gleaming in the sun and all different types….each one stunning in its own right….never seen so many bikers in leather 🥵🥵in one place…😆🏍️🏍️🏍️.

Out and about today we headed to San Javier first checking out the area which we liked….then moved onto Santiago De La Ribera (literally 5 mins down the road). Had a lovely lunch then walked down to the front which had a lovely promenade for walking with plenty restaurants & bars to have a pit stop in 😎….Archie and I had a wee paddle 😆he is definitely getting used to going into the sea….with a little coaching from me 😁😂.

Los Alcazares today for a lovely walk on the promenade, 1st May official holiday here (us retirees on holiday all the time 😆)….lovely vibe here on the Mar Menor…..didn’t partake in a dip (next time)…..photoshoot for Archie 😂🥰tho…windswept and interesting….had a wee drive around the houses, such a lovely area 👌

A wee celebratory drink as we have just today “managed” to book our TiE appointments….it doesn’t sound like much but I can assure you where we are in particular, they are like gold dust and only released in random batches…so absolutely delighted we are booked, it is a relief and a weight off our shoulders as you only have 30 days from arriving to secure an appt 🤷😳…no pressure 😂…..anyways happy Easter everyone wishing you a fabby time with chocolate eggs (no chocolate here as it would melt 🫠😂)….have some for me.

A wee day out and about yesterday. First we headed for Sucina to do a wee nosey, lovely house but nothing else much in the village….so then headed to Pilar de la Horadada (trying saying that fast 😆). Pit stop for lunch in the plaza Easter weekend so church bells chiming…then onto La Zenia where we saw this immaculate old Volvo absolutely stunning I was on the hunt for a health shop then back to our casa for dinner…..last pic of Archie drookit as I gave him a bath in his paddling pool which he did not love 😱🤣🤣….however it’ll cool him down.
