WHATS NEXT FOR UNITE FITNESS?
We have some very exciting news about what’s been happening in the background at Unite Fitness. Many of you know that our current lead coach, Alex is off to start a new chapter of her life and is handing over the day to day management of Unite to Sab, who has been a resident PT here for the past year. We want to explain what this means for you and let you know a bit more about the new leadership of Unite Fitness.
Sab is an experienced coach, qualified personal trainer with a background in sports science. He has worked with clients who are working to feel fitter and healthier in their day to day life, to ultramarathon runners - and for every client he takes a person centred approach to their training programme.
He says, “I want to say how thankful I am to have been part of this amazing community Alex has created since I started PTing here last year. I absolutely want to make sure that this can continue on. Unite is such a supportive and uplifting space and that’s very much what my PT and classes are about.”
With Sab now responsible for leading classes, there will be an updated the class timetable at Unite as of the 4th of September;
These are suitable for all levels of fitness, and available at these times:
- Monday @ 7:30pm (few spaces available)
- Wednesday @ 5:45pm (few spaces available)
- Friday @ 7:30am (lots of availability)
If there is demand, there is also the possibility of adding a Monday @ 6:30pm class to the timetable. Comment below if you’d like this option.
The classes are a mix of strength and conditioning exercises, utilising a whole range of equipment we have at Unite, ensuring we warm up with mobility drills at the start. If you’d like to come to a free taster session on any of the upcoming Monday evening classes @ 7:30pm then please DM us or comment on this post.
Additionally, Jannika .ngparts and Gillian will be running their classes with some new times added.
We know that change can be unsettling but we’re here to assure you that Unite will continue to be uplifting, supportive and safe training space that it has always been. Please contact us with any questions and we look forward to seeing you in class 💪
