This was at the Falls of Bruar at last week’s RESET THROUGH NATURE retreat.
Two days of meditation, nature walks, Yoga and cold water therapy in Aviemore was fantastic. The lodges right in the middle of Glemore forest were amazing, the air quality was just incredible.
Only 6 weeks till we do it all again 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿.

A bit different than usual on this months retreat as we included a Munro this weekend....... Allan Syme managed to get 20 up the munro and i strolled along with a group of 10.

Loved the team work and respect of everyones fitness level.

48 hours surrounded by nature doing the usual, coaching, meditation, breathwork, nature walks, cold exposure and plenty of sharing and connecting.

Also the first full retreat with Allan and his No Limits Coaching crew. Loved it.
