Sadly it’s the end of the road for our in our Trimendous program as she moves onto our 5 day a week endure one.
What a journey it has been a coaches dream and absolute proof in the pudding of what we do ❤️

Results so far ⬇️ ABSOLUTE SCENES 🤩

Weight from 150 lbs down to 125.6 lbs = a massive 24.4 lbs off 🙌🏻🔥

Body fat percentage from 30.4% down to 16% = a huge 14.4% drop 👌💥

Lean body mass from 104.4 lbs up to 105.2 lbs = +0.8 lbs gained (This is what happens when training intensity is consistent and protein is on point the body keeps what it needs and drops what it doesn’t.)🤝

Fat mass from 45.6 lbs down to 20.4 lbs = an INSANE 25.2 lbs of fat gone 😮🫶

Circumference measurements from 2586 mm down to 2215 mm = 371 mm / 37.1 cm down 😁👏

This is from her very first measurement to right now and the standard has not slipped once.

And the best part?
This isn’t magic.
This isn’t luck.
This is consistency, accountability, and science done properly.

The work rate has been unreal.✅
The check‑ins have been on point.✅
The habits have been nailed daily.✅
And the results PROVE the process.✅

We as coaches provide the plan, the structure, the education…
But THE CLIENT gets the results.

Forever proud of these two. Another marathon in the bag but the truth is, they don’t just run this lifestyle, they live it every single day.
Relentless consistency. Quiet graft. Standards that never slip.
Lorraine and Sharon are the definition of what it means to show up for yourself and for your team.

They’re a credit to themselves, to each other, and to everything we’re building.
Another race, another medal, another reminder of what happens when effort becomes identity.
