Cathcart Castle Golf Club We are a private members golf club which is open all year round. Visitors are always welcome.

The club was established in 1895 and is one of the oldest in the area. We are located conveniently on the south side of the City of Glasgow on the Mearns Road, approx 1 mile from Clarkston Toll on the A727. The golf course is played over undulating parkland and offers a challenge to all levels of golfers. Measuring 5861yds from the medal tees, it is surrounded by picturesque and panoramic views o

f the City of Glasgow. You will also enjoy the fine views towards the hills in the North West and Loch Lomond.

The GGU Summer Meeting will be held at Cathcart Castle Golf Club on Sunday 21st June. There are still spaces available in the competition and players must be members of GGU affiliated clubs.
