If we want better outcomes for children, families and communities, we need to start by educating the adults who support them š
One of the things I love most about delivering Little Greene Yoga Teacher Training is that no two students are ever the same.
Recently, I had the pleasure of training an incredible young woman who works within family support services for Brighter Futures Jersey. I was genuinely amazed by her depth of knowledge around psychology, attachment, trauma and the nervous system.
It reinforced something I strongly believe:
⨠Great training should never be one-size-fits-all āØ
At Little Greene Yoga, we help every student explore how our methods can work within *their* environment, *their* profession and for the people they support.
Using our 3ā8yrs Foundation Years syllabus, we explored:
šæ Nervous system regulation
šæ Movement & breathing techniques
šæ Storytelling for emotional learning
šæ Practical tools to support both adults and children
šæ Building stronger parent-child relationships
Whether weāre supporting children, parents, teachers or organisations⦠we all share the same nervous system and respond to movement, breath, connection and safety.
This is why our training goes far beyond learning yoga poses.
We train:
⨠Independent instructors
⨠School staff & teachers
⨠Family support professionals
⨠Organisations supporting wellbeing & development
