Danny here! Unfortunately my personal and business Facebook got hacked a couple months ago and been trying to get them both back in action but have had no luck through Meta!!

As coaches and as a community we are always so proud of our members.

No matter the intensity of the session, their energy level going in, but just the showing up and reaching the end of a session feeling better than when they started!

Particularly proud seeing our teams smash Summer WOD last weekend. ⏪
