What a transformation! Some of you may recognise James from previous Facebook posts, he has in under 8 weeks lost over half a stone! a phenomenal achievement, muscle is heavier than fat and is hard to put across so we will let the time lapse photos do the talking, his muscle mass has increased greatly and losing harder to lose bits of fat at every CF Fitness personal training session, still plenty of time to get that holiday body but time is running out, contact us today - Colin
