Erwann came to me in January with one goal: to prepare for his first Ironman in June. With only six months to work together, he set himself the challenge of breaking 10 hours.
In the sweltering heat of Klagenfurt, he delivered—crossing the line at Ironman Austria in an outstanding 9:49 on a standard road bike. Sub-10 on debut. Incredible.
Race day was the reward, but the result was built over the previous six months. Every session had purpose, every workout was executed with intent, and he completely embraced the lifestyle required to perform at this level.
This is just the beginning. Next up is a 70.3, and then we’ll be back chasing an even faster Ironman next year. 🚀
