Parklives is a FREE and easy way for you to get the best out of your local park. There’s an activity for every member of the family, from Play in the Park to ParkFit sessions. Take part in one session, or take part in them all! Whatever you choose to do all ParkLives activities are FREE, it's open to everyone and you'll meet lots of new people. It's not about breaking world sporting records, just
