A lot of people aren’t really sure what online coaching actually involves.
Some think it’s just being given a plan and expected to get on with it.
That’s not how I coach.
The best way to describe it is like having a PT in your pocket.
You’ve got structure and guidance, but also support when you need it.
We also have regular check-ins and face-to-face calls, so you’re not doing it on your own.
If something isn’t working, we adjust it.
If life gets busy, we work around it.
That’s what helps people stay consistent.
